Hey all. I know you have probably noticed I haven’t been posting lately. I decided to take a step back to focus back on my weightloss journey again. I stepped away from my weightloss journey after losing a family member and started to gain back some weight ever since. So I decided I fully want to commit to my journey and to take a step back for now. For those who are following my monthly page, I am taking a pause on that page too. My content is still up on my page. I will be back. It’s just time to focus on my mental health and my journey. ☺️
