Sorry I haven't posted here in a bit. I have tons of stuff to post, I just haven't gotten around to it. Wanted to share my favorite guided meditation with you though. It's helped me a lot during times of great anxiety and general overwhelm. I have a dentist appointment soon and my nerves are fried so it's extra appreciated currently.
