Hey guys! Hope everyone is having a wonderful week. I have been sick lately and not feeling well at all. My scoliosis has been tough on me these days. Trying to do as much stretching and therapy as I can but it seems like I can’t be on my feet for too long before my hip and lower back hurts. Sitting is especially bad. And I can’t sleep on a typical mattress. I usually sleep on the floor in the bedroom/office or I sleep on the bed in the Lady Layer.
Tryin to feel better. Thanks to @missstacy for all the back and neck rubs and for keeping me fed with good food. ❤️
