🕑 Added 2024-03-13 01:18:08 +0000 UTC Why live in the past or future when you can enjoy the present moment?π€ Many of us spend too much time clinging to memories or getting bogged down in dreams of the future. But why is that? Perhaps it's because of the need for security, which is one of the basic ones according to Maslow. However, the further we move away from the present, the more we sink into the abyss of doubt and fear.
πͺ Worry and fear only attract negative energies into our lives. That's why it's important to learn to stop controlling all aspects of life and just give yourself to the present moment. Allow yourself to be in the here and now, enjoy every second and attract only positive vibrations.
π Stop controlling and just enjoy this second. After all, happiness is here and now! πβ¨
