FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is the feeling that you're missing out on something, whether it's events, opportunities, or just important moments. The constant feeling that life is passing you by causes anxiety and stress.
It is important to learn how to control this state. Realize that you don't have to be everywhere at all times. Life is not a race. Avoid the trap of comparing yourself to others, focus on your goals and appreciate the moment you are in. 🌿
How to avoid
1.Remind yourself that you can't be everywhere at once.
2. Focus on what you are doing right now.
3.Evaluate your priorities - are the things you are “missing” important to you?
Let go of that fear. Everything important will come at the right time ✨
Have you ever come across this?
