It’s a bit last minute, but you can always save these ideas for later and use them for upcoming birthdays instead ♥️
1) Gift card/store credit for a clothing store, shoes store or a bag store (bonus points if it’s not a fast fashion like Shein but rather some local brand store in your town or a smaller brand that doesn’t exploit people to sew for them.. but I won’t judge)
- A woman will always be happy for a new piece to wear, no matter how many she already has. A gift card or a store credit is much better than trying to choose a specific piece which you aren’t even sure she will like.
2) A health supplement
(Maca, Cordyceps, Vilcacora, ashwagandha - these are great for women and their hormones) or even omega 3, B6, magnesium which are generally essential for humans.
- In the beginning of the year I started taking supplements for hormone balance such as Maca, cordyceps and Vilcacora and oh my gosh, it changed so much for me. If you know a woman with any womanly health issues such as shark week belly cramps or not having the shark week on time, being too strong, too long or anything related to it, or general problems like belly bloating or skin problems… Honestly, it can help with so many things and even if one doesn’t have any health issues; it still improves health and balances hormones. It’s all natural, basically all just plants so it cannot hurt you anyhow. For me it reduced shark week cramps, reduced shark “week” lenght, stopped my belly from bloating completely, cleared my skin and more. It does take a month or two of taking these to feel an effect tho.
3) A voucher for an experience - something easy to buy last minute if you don’t have a gift yet as it’s usually just few clicks online. Depending on what she likes, you can always gift her an experience such as - something relaxing like a massage with saunas, jaccuzzi, something fun like concert, theatre show if she likes, or something more adventure/sporty like horse riding, or perhaps, something neutral for all age categories and also relaxing such as “sound healing” sessions (no idea what the proper name is, but if you google about this, i’m sure you’ll find some near you. From google: A sound healing session involves lying down in a cozy and comfortable setting, closing our eyes, and focusing on sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, and singing bowls)
Gifts are the best when they are well thought-through. When they are gifted from your heart for that specific person. A lot of people buy something just to buy something and sure that’s nice, but to think what would make that specific person happy is the best way to find a good gift ♥️ hope these tips help!
