My First Love ❤️ Part 5
After about two years of our love—maybe only my unrequited love—my friend's parents announced that they were moving to another city. At a time when the Internet was not so developed, the distance between cities seemed even greater than it actually was. For our relationship, this was the end. Of course, I dreamed and believed that maybe we would find each other after some time, but I did not hear such hopes from her.
For me, this was very painful. I couldn’t sleep. The day before her departure, I went across the whole city to see her. In this orange bag with Naruto, I prepared a gift for her and spent all my pocket money on it. I wrote her a sweet letter about how she influenced my life and how I would miss her.
I came to her house, stood under the window, called her, but she didn’t even come out to say goodbye to me. She just said that she didn’t want to and didn’t have time. I still don’t know what it was. Selfishness? A joke? Or maybe it hurt her too to say goodbye. Either way, it broke my heart 💔, and for a long time, I couldn’t trust anyone.
