🕑 Added 2021-10-12 14:24:28 +0000 UTC I had a good badminton session! The last time I played badminton was when I enrolled for badminton as an extra activity in school when I was 9?? I also took Guitar, Chinese Speech & Drama, Bowling & Taekwondo in a span of 6 yrs LMAO Couldn't settle on anything ๐ Speaking of that, I'm probably gonna try Tennis as well ๐๐พNeedless to say, I did badly plus I'm extremely weak (sick) ๐ I can tell my arm's gonna ache tomorrow ๐ข
Then I ended the day in the salt room ๐คค It felt fresh and relaxing โค
Remember to take time off for yourself ๐ฅฐ Anything and anyone else can wait ๐ฏ
