Background of the story: We previously used the home entertainment system at Wowo's(our friend——a cute dog) dad's place, and it was quite impressive; Takki really liked it.
This morning, Takki said to me, "Honey, should we consider getting an Apple TV?" I replied, "Sure, it's just XXXX 💰"
Takki then asked, "If we get the Apple TV, shouldn't we also get a soundbar?" I said, "Hmm, that does make sense... Okay."
Takki continued, "With a soundbar, we'd need a big Sony TV." I just stayed silent...
Before I could respond, he added, "That means we need a bigger house, and a car." ...
It turns out that his real goal wasn't the Apple TV at all 😵💫
