And yes, sleeping naked is supposed to be good for your skin, for your circulation, for feeling alive. But I don’t do it for the health benefits—I do it because I simply can’t imagine it any other way. Because at night, there are no rules, no conventions, no extra layers. There’s only your body, your breath, and complete relaxation.
