I had a really bad day yesterday, so I want to use today to recover emotionally, so it's going to be another day of no regular posts.
At this point what I'm thinking of doing is taking another week to focus first on personal stuff, and then on friday, start posting on a new schedule that isn't so taxing emotionally.
Full disclosure: I've never had a chance to do this work safely or fully consensually before, and now that I do, I've jumped in face first, and have given all my free time and energy to this page and my work since I started again earlier this year...
and that just isn't sustainable (or so my health is telling me).
I'm very proud of the work I've done so far, and I know I couldn't have done it right without your support. I don't want to stop doing this work, and won't anytime in the near future, but I need to respect my limits, something I haven't been doing.
My tentative plans are as follows:
• spend this week healing/planning
• announce my new schedule on 8/11
• focus more on video content vs. pics
• still posting check-ins this week
