Hi y'all, I owe you all an explanation for my absence.
I have struggled with my mental health, specifically depression and anxiety, for nearly my entire adult life. It's very likely due to growing up in a very traditional conservative house as a very obviously queer person, among other things. I have had my ups and downs but always managed to remain functional for the most part and manage it. That is up until this year. Starting last December, I hit a new low to the point I started reaching out for help.
My content here has always been my number one priority so I kept up with it as much as I possibly could, up until about May. I completely shut down and was focused just on surviving from day to day. My assistant has continued to run my social media accounts which is why you still see tweets and promotional posts going up. I have started a new treatment finally and am seeing some pretty promising results so far, so I finally feel ready to get back into posting content.
I am going to do my best to balance the amount of content creation you all would like to see with whats best for my health. I realize not everyone will understand this struggle, and that's okay. I appreciate those of you who do. I do hope that the newer subscribers have taken notice and looked through the metric ton of content I already have posted, as I've had this account for 5 years this month I believe. For those of you who feel you've been wronged, please message me and I will do my absolute best to make it right. I completely understand the frustration of feeling as if you've not gotten what you paid for and I want to show appreciation to those who have supported me over the years.
