🕑 Added 2023-12-08 13:05:25 +0000 UTC Self-love is one of the most important and favourable feelings we can have for ourselves. It is not selfishness or egoism, but concern for one's own well-being, self-acceptance and respect for oneself. We often forget how important it is to pay attention to our inner world and emotional state. Self-love begins with accepting ourselves as we are, understanding our strengths and accepting our weaknesses as part of our unique personality. It means giving ourselves time and care, setting boundaries that will ensure our emotional well-being, and paying attention to our needs. It can be a healthy lifestyle that allows the body to feel strong and energised. It also includes being able to forgive ourselves for mistakes and striving for personal growth and development. Self-love is about recognising your value and uniqueness. When we begin to value and respect ourselves, we begin to attract more positive emotions, care and support into our lives. This sets the stage for healthy relationships with others and allows us to give more to others because we value and love ourselves. Remember that self-love is not a static state, it is a process that requires constant work on yourself and your inner world. It is important to practice self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-respect every day to strengthen your connection with yourself and live a happier and more fulfilling life.
