Some of you have been asking me about what kind of workouts I do and if I could make some custom workout plans. I can definitely create workout plans according to your goals and how much time you have to work on your body each week. 💪🏻I work as a fitness trainer in a gym, so I have plenty of experience with that. I don't want to make a business model out of that, so I'd just ask for a little tip for the time I invest in it. 😉 Hit me up if you're interested in that or if you just have a question about working out or whatever in general! I answer all messages! 🔥
