The Co2 build up is insane and the contractions at times are so so hard. I really try to just get in a zone on these and feel like I'm trying to relax. But, sometimes the contractions are so strong that there is no ignoring them. I pushed so so hard to get to 5:30 and then continued as long as I can. I hope you enjoy!
