I am examined by doctors because I eat too much meat, very spicy and smoked food, as well as various high-calorie fast food. My love for delicious food is dangerous, I should eat more balanced as I started having a little problem with junk food. You might not have guessed, but I really like to eat delicious food.
I used to think I could eat anything because I'm not getting fat, but I completely forgot about the other side of junk food lol. Everything is not bad, I just need to be examined and finally adjust the diet.
Do not forget to eat vegetables, fruits and berries, and do not eat too much meat and fast food! Take care of yourself.
