Sage Smudge Strip ๐ฌ๐ฟ
Every few weeks I make a ritual out of cleansing both my living space and my Self with sage. My intention by burning this sacred plant is to clear out stagnant or negative energy to make space for new, fresh energy. I release what no longer serves me and call in that which I want to receive. It also has an earthy, yet soothing smell that instantly relaxes me.
These are just a few short clips from the full 6 min video where I start by smudging myself and then strip down slowly to my bare skin. Once nakey, I take the time to let the lingering scent whisp around my body as I move around sensually on the bed.
