Today’s HIIT workout w/ @ccflight 👯♀️💪💦
~ this pandemic has thrown us all in for a loop. A lot of people are lacking motivation to get up and move their bods. I know for me finding a workout/movement routine has been pretty erratic. I just do what I feel when I feel it, whether it be a yoga practice, hiking, disc golf, dancing, rock climbing, core exercises, or swimming in the ocean. I’ve also really enjoyed incorporating high intensity cardio sessions into my week. I feel so much dynamic strength building within!
