When I was a little girl, I actually dreamed of living in Southern California so I could be close to the ocean, and now I鈥檓 here living that dream馃グ
There really isn鈥檛 a day that goes by where I鈥檓 not full of gratitude for this luxury. Nature is my medicine, but there is something particularly magical about bodies of water.
When I stare off into the horizon with my toes (and other body parts馃構) in the sand, my worries pass by and dissipate like the clouds, and I鈥檓 left feeling more in communion with my true Self.
Anyone else feel that too?
