🕑 Added 2024-02-02 15:45:22 +0000 UTC I'm now sitting at 8 weeks out from my first show and prep is starting to get HARDDD. I'm tired and hungry, my food is low and my expenditure is high (45 mins cardio daily, 17k steps a day) and I am feeling it 😅 But I'm so excited for the final product! I'm expecting the next few weeks in particular to be the most challenging but hopefully this means I'll be able to cruise into peak week on higher food when the time comes and it'll be worth it 🤩 for now, I look forward to the occasional high food/no cardio day 😝
