My Latest Supplement Haul ๐โฃ๏ธโจ
Iโm showing you alllll the products I most recently acquired to include in my daily health routine as directed my by functional doctor + acupuncturist. A lot of this stuff is new to my vocabulary, but thatโs where taking health seriously starts. Learning about all the stuff we canโt pronounce in order to have deeper understandings of what we are ingesting. This is not the start of my health journey but it certainly marks a turning point for my gut health plus addressing a few other deficiencies.
