Everything was going well, I was running on the treadmill, sweating and feeling motivated... until the βincidentsβ started.π
Yes, you know what I mean. The flatulence - it was constant! Every time I turned up the intensity, it felt like my body was releasing all the gas it had built up during the night. I felt like a gas factoryπββοΈβπβπ¨β
I was dying of embarrassment, but I couldn't stop laughing. Imagine that! I was there, trying to do my exercise routine, and instead of sweat, I was emanating... other smellsπββοΈβ
Well, in the end, I finished my routine and felt proud of myself for not giving up. And I also learned an important lesson: don't eat beans before cardioπ«
