If you remember, about 4 weeks ago, I wrote how I wanted to create more from my free flowing feminine in May. This was the first month in a long time that I didn’t plan anything. I didn’t push content at all. I didn’t schedule. Besides posting on my wall daily, I didn’t try to meët quotas or reach new goals. I sent out half the locked messages I usually send. I sent about twice the unlocked ‘hey there’ messages I’ve sent in the past.
I relaxed. I let it all happen naturally. My theory was that everything would carry on as normal and I could dial back a bit.
Haha, well, this will be my lowest earning month since January (still incredible by all accounts though). My engagement has been cut in half. My subscriber count lowered significantly.
There were moments where I would find myself stressed about this, regretting it, feeling compelled to go back to my usual flow, but then I would pause and remember what I was gaining-
*My peace. My serenity. And it was worth it.*
Making a lot of money here has been a dream come true. But it loses its dreamy quality when I push myself too hard. When I chase it.
So I’m ending May very full of myself. And who knows if I’ll continue posting/creating this way in June, but... I’m grateful for the experience of this month.
