Core work makes the floor work… pelvic floor that is! I’ve been working on gut health lately and have found that often at the most random times, my tummy will be SO FLAT, then randomly I’ll experience what’s classically known as “bloating”, and have found that it has a lot to do with my core exercises! Last night I had an intense gym session with a ton of core work and moderate cardio, and today was a great example of how doing low core and inner deep core exercises are so helpful to digestion and tightening of, well, LOWER areas (ahem) 😉
