Finally lifting something heavy! This is an outdoor gym I was able to get a workout in and finally lift some heavy things. I know many of you have been asking me for strength and gym vids so here you go💪🏻BTW I did more reps on the deadlift than any of the guys there.
Now gyms here open up today but I am not able to train, I can’t say why right now, Buttttttt I have a “BIG” surprise for you guys soon!!! 💋💋💋
