Happy Monday!
Iβm not sure if there was a full moon last night but there was one this morning. πHehe
I thought I would share part of my morning routine. Itβs not sexy but it gives you a little window into me.
I donβt always feel like going to the gym. On those days β¦ like this morning, I try to hype myself up first. I turn on my βWarrior β playlist, put on my gym clothes and move my body while I admire myself in the mirror. I try to remind myself of my why. Plus it blows off steam.
