I am sleeping like a rock right now. I stayed up for over a day bc I desperately want to fix my sleeping schedule D: sleeping at 6am and waking up to <4 hours of sunlight is making me low energy, high strung and ultimately not present! also I just canβt seem to finish anything rn >.< not to mention i jus miss the sun so much π’
hopefully I wake up tmrw and get to enjoy more daylight and I hope u can forgive me for letting myself fall off schedule. itβs been a hectic week but iβm ready to rly start taking care of myself so I can better take care of u π self care is so important yβall pls go jus do one thing that makes u happy this weekend π be back Sunday!!
