Every night this week I’ve had a custard which is a quick 500 calories before bed to let it settle and fatten me up over night. It’s important to get calories in you before you sleep as ur Body doesn’t burn as much. I make sure to moisturise my belly of a night time to keep soft and jiggly. 🐷🤭 ps look at how fat my arms look heheh
