🕑 Added 2020-06-16 21:54:23 +0000 UTC hi Guys hope uve had a great Monday 🙂I've had such a long day, hospital for a scan on this suspected hernia, 2nd scan actually, still none the wiser 🤷♀️
I really think it is what 1st doctor said and its a hernia because it disappears when I lay flat and it thr.obs and b.ur.ns when I lift very heavy which are exact symptoms of hernias
I had last week off of working out to give my body a rest and hopefully shock my system so when I start back tomorrow I can achieve even more volume and density to my muscles 💪
Being purely at home these past 4 months has been mostly OK, have felt happy, s.a.d, sc.a.red, tear.ful, and overjoyed all within a few hours sometimes 🤷♀️ and good days and sad days, but I've found NOT watching the news to much, & especially avoiding the fa.ke click b.a.i.t news on Fbook and T.witter really helps
I've been lucky enough to have a small studio in the garden where I can pretend I'm in a gym and have a bike and a rower in there,
i don't have weights but I've been getting a really good workout for arms just with resistance bands... never would have thought that possible but the results speak for themselves as u have seen
From the start of the lockdown u guys have really kept me going and kept me focused and made me happy and I'd like to say thank you so much for this xxxx
If u remember when I was trying to do a LIVE for u every day for the first 2 weeks of lockdown and I think i did most of the days, despite feeling low on some of those days, but u cheered me up so much and gave me something to focus on instead of the horr.ible news about corona virus
I am so grateful to have this intimate space here inside only fans to share with you xxx
some people have said I make too much effort and other girls don't bother so much but
the reason is because I genuinely do want to know you, its definitely been difficult at times to keep on top of the private messages as I'm sure u can appreciate, but I really pride myself on sending every single one of you personal voicenote responses and clear my whole inbox regularly so no one is left out xxx
So THANK YOU for being there for me, & ur continued support its been a wonderful journey so far, and I look forward to making lots more fun and sexy memories with you xxxxxxx
❤💯❤😘👅
