Finally starting rehab on my neck! Shouldn’t be to long. But I can’t pick stuff up and do any form of over headed press 😅 which I’ve totally been doing lol. So I’m taking my workouts a bit slower and thoughtful for a little but. Hopefully I’ll be back doing jujitsu after a couple months of rehab of the neck 😋
