Golden hour! Took some mirror selfies for ya today! CW: talking about exercise routines... Just started a lil summer cut, nothing too drastic cuz i'm still super focused on building muscle in my workouts but adding a lil more cardio back in... you know i'm a runner too though so I can't spoil myself too much. It's definitely way easier for me to lean out than it is to gain muscle. My identical twin is a bodybuilder (way stronger than me, she's been a body builder for 7 years), but yeah our body types definitely struggle to gain muscle! But I work super hard everyday and I'm way stronger than I was a year ago, esp. 2 years ago when I was just running. I used to run 8 miles eveyday and that's easy for me! Lifting is difficult for me and doesn't come naturally to me at all but I really have learned to love it and it's one of the highlights of my day :).
