They are on diets, but constantly break down and do not achieve results. The reason for this is that for these people food means more than just nutrition of the body. Bright rich taste helps to get those emotions that are lacking in a person's life - joy, love, passion. Food is literally a means of calming down, combating boredom, fear and anxiety. It is useless to try to lose weight in this case without solving psychological problems. Believe me. It's important. Of course, you need to switch to a healthy diet for the sake of health, but this may not save you from overeating, such as fruits and nuts. In the end, you won't lose weight anyway. You need to understand yourself, your emotions, work them out and then the problem of overeating will go away.
