🕑 Added 2023-07-03 09:22:05 +0000 UTC I have been practicing daily, the microcosmic orbit; a breathing exercise that takes you on a journey of alchemizing sexual energy into nourishment and regeneration for all of your organs. We usually allow this to leave our bodies easily through sexual activity and not knowing how to use this energy to our advantage. This is why men get struck with low testosterone & ED, while women go through changes that exhaust her every month and it only gets worse!
Using this breathing technique by yourself or with a partner, even during the act of lovemaking will help the partner and yourself come to climax and experience the bliss longer.
So next time you are in the midst of a love making sesh or self love practice, think about pulling the energy in your lower genital centers up the spine, through the neck and head and allow it to pour through the eyes, nose and mouth through the heart, belly and back around till it moves up the spine again.
I like to think about my inhale bringing the energy up and my exhale circulating the energy back down.
I also utilize my PC muscles, flexing them can push the energy up and relaxing can allow the energy to flow in a circular fashion. This is the microcosmic orbit.
