When I speak about “Tantric practice” I am not only speaking..
🕑 Added 2023-07-20 20:04:18 +0000 UTC When I speak about “Tantric practice” I am not only speaking about the exuberance of life force filling my body. I am not speaking of the act of having sex.I speak of the choice to HONOR you, your body, your inner self, your needs, boundaries and preferences. In all areas of life.
Living a life of Tantra is where in every moment you stop to listen to what finds your best interest.
This means listening to what your body wants/needs to eat. When you need to rest, when you need to move, create, breathe. These are small examples, but it is as simple as waking up and being gentle with yourself.
Creating a routine that is gentle for you, getting you into a space of expansion, not retraction.
If this speaks to you, send me a message. I’d love to start a conversation about what you are struggling with, what you’re working on and find out what I can help you integrate, work through or even celebrate your achievements.
💕Sending love 💕
