I have a deep love for dance and movement to connect with my body.
I would LOVE to make a video for you specific to your needs, whether you want a walk through of finding a groove in you OR if you want to watch me move my body in any way that will bring you joy π₯°
I can't tell you how many times movement practice has pulled me out of deep depression, anxiety and unhealthy habits. Call me crazy, but I truly believe this can and WILL fix you up every time you feel stuck in life.
This offering includes anything from dancing with your body or flow props to yogic philosophy, tantric practice and expression encouragement. We can work on physical healing as well as mental healing. Even if you have been into a movement practice for years, let's have a chat!
Even movement professionals need a new outlook to expand and create more space in our body. Let me know what you need!
If you've ever felt called to move your body or your just feeling stuck in life currently and you're not sure where to start, Send me a DM to start today!
