🕑 Added 2023-07-30 19:40:26 +0000 UTC ✨How to curate your own personal practice?✨I start with my breath, bringing gentle movement to the places that feels tight, tense sore.
💕What in my body needs more love? 💕
Most of the time our stressors, traumas, emotions get trapped in physical manifestation in our muscles, organs and fascia. That is why I see movement as a HUGE tool, as well as support from others such as body workers.
Activating my voice helps me move energy gently, showing her love and compassion.
Try motioning like you are ripping something out, pulling out what no longer serves you. Sweep away what is no longer needed. Say thank you, your job is done. Light some Sage or Palo Santo and cleanse your aura.
😊Connect with the inner smile. The smiling energy that is ever so present at all times.😊
Invite in shaking, tapping, slapping. Invite in positive affirmations.
What do you wish your lover, friend, family member would have said to you in times of turmoil? What does your inner self ask for?
This practice for me is all intuitive. I start out with my breath to attune myself and from there it just seems to follow. I find myself in this space where I really do feel held by myself. The more I speak to my body gently, the more I open up to everything I’ve ever desired. The more I open up to what I know I am worthy of.
I naturally move through spaces of movement, sound healing and quietness. I close my eyes, open my eyes. I listen to her, my body, whatever she needs I give to her.
Not only on my yoga mat, but in every moment, when I awake to when I rest.
The most important thing to remember is that once you feel good it’s easy to get comfortable and lose yourself again. We have to keep on the path, practice everyday. Learn to practice this throughout your day. In all the possible triggering occasions.
When it feels the hardest, is when you need it most.
If you have any questions relating to this and your own personal practice, or maybe even why this is beneficial please leave a comment or personally private message me! It would be my honor to help you figure out where to start on this journey to self fulfillment, self love, self expansion and growth.✨🦋✨💕✨🌀✨
