🕑 Added 2023-08-04 23:40:34 +0000 UTC Follow along to tune in to YOU!Your body knows what you need, your body knows how to move energy. All you have to do is listen and activate the sounds, movements, emotions through breath, movement and stillness.
Never moving faster than you are ready for, always a gentle push to get the rivers flowing through your body again.
Accept and love whatever arises
Use tapping to rise the energy to the surface, then shake, wiggle, and wipe away the energy that no longer sees your presence.
This is a guide, however, eventually I want to challenge you to listen to yourself. Take some breathes and do whatever comes up. Deeply listen to what your body asks for.
Let me know if you tried this guided meditation and how it felt for you 🦋✨
