This is the perfect workout to ease you back into your routine. I lowered my weights and took everything slow and steady. BUT don’t underestimate it. I was feeling this the next day. :,)
4 x 5 Barbell Squats
3 x 8 1 & 1/2 DB Squats
2 x 12 Bulgarian Squats
3 x 10 RDL’s
2 x 20 Bodyweight lunges
