If you are not familiar with BPD, it is often considered the most difficult mental disorder due to the presence of severe mood swings, resulting in the highest proportion of suicides and psychiatric hospitalizations. I like to describe BPD as feeling every emotion in 4D. If you are not familiar with cPTSD, it is a neuropsychiatric disorder that destabilizes the nervous system due to prolonged periods of abuse, neglect, and household dysfunction. I have been doing a bit better in January and feeling a lot more like myself, but I still have tough days with more symptoms. My disorders are not curable, but with proper treatment and support, they can be managed, and people with them can live fulfilling lives. The cost of my treatment is expensive, and I decided to cut my travels short and move back with my parents for a few months in order to get some help with bills and care. Unfortunately, my parents are abusive and after last week, I have decided that it's in my best interest to live alone. I am keeping my word and will remain free for February, as I fortunately still have a rainy day fund, but its been pouring for some time for me.
