Not feeling present in my body or my mind. Those days come some times, and they don't mean I'm not doing my best or moving forward. It just means that I should slow down, be gentle with myself rather than frustrated, and trust that things are moving in the right direction. Just embrace myself and breathe. Everything else will fall into place.
