Laying on my side after 30 minutes of cardio!
I tried a few times to get this one because a lot of people wanted to see a very high heart rate while laying on my left side. My heart tends to peak at ~160 bpm if I'm working hard these days, but I can't keep my heart rate that high easily, it'll calm down to ~90-100 the second I stop actively exercising. So I'll make a separate exercise video where you can see a higher heart rate and post that soon~
