🕑 Added 2024-05-21 12:53:10 +0000 UTC Morning routine ๐For the past few weeks, I've been working on getting my morning routine back to normal. Right now my morning looks like this:
โ ๏ธ rising at 8-9am
๐ง๐ผโโ๏ธ exercise or pilates
๐ journaling
๐ฅ breakfast
๐งด skincare.
and only after that I sit down at my phone)) it feels so good to start the day this way! and, by the way, it makes the day go more smoothly and productively.
