An update on my fitness and health journey.. my sister gave me her old fitbit and its helped keep me on track to stay active and I've basically killed my soda cravings. I dont really care to drink it at all anymore. I even bought one for the trip to the lake incase and never opened it. Opened today and had a few sips and put it away. Silly but it makes me really happy and excited for the future of my health.
Today I picked up some small workout gear and tomorrow I plan to clean and transform the workout room to actually be a workout room instead of junk storage ?
I apologize for not keeping you as updated. Sometimes disconnecting from all forms of social media is needed. I was honestly so afraid to watch the numbers dropping so I stayed off. Here's the thing though... this isn't a numbers game this is my place to express myself and be body positive. To feel sexy and artsy.
