I'M SO OUT OF SHAPE! After some very trying times, I lost a tremendous amount of weight. Seeing this as a reset to default, I decided to do the right thing to regain it all back by working out and building muscle, as well as some fat. I'm gonna start with some basic weight lifting. And I mean BASIC. I want to move on to bigger and heavier lifting as well a variety of exercises. I hope you'd follow my transformation.
