I do not live that lifting life anymore. Haven't for over 4 years now. All the gainz I have now I acquired through bodyweight workouts. Boxing requires cardio over those puffy, For-Show muscles. So anytime you see me lifting, that was my Once-A-Month-Lift to get the arms looking puffy just for you guys!
I used to be an avid Power Lifter but boxing took over and I really prefer to be able to fight rather just LOOK strong. I can outlast anyone with bigger muscles just because my cardio is 100x better than theirs and punching power DOES NOT come from muscles. It feels good to think I would be able to kick old, power lifting Me's ass heh
