That's what I came up with - the gym! πͺποΈββοΈ I don't know about you, but I had a time when I was addicted to bad habits that only slowed down my plans and prevented me from reaching my goals. But I noticed that instead of focusing on getting rid of them, it's much more effective to focus on creating good habits instead of fighting the bad ones.And so my idea is to replace the time I used to spend on unhelpful activities with working out at the gym. Not only does it help me keep fit and improve my health, but it also gives me a feeling of accomplishing something useful and enjoyable. After all, I feel more energized and alert after a workout, not frustrated about wasting time.
The gym has become more than just a place where I just exercise, it's a place where I gather my thoughts, set myself up for a productive day, and work on myself. Every workout is a step towards a better version of myself.
