🕑 Added 2024-10-18 05:03:02 +0000 UTCHaven’t been to the gym in 3.5 months because of everything I was dealing with and how broken down I was.. but even all bent out of shape, just the fact that I left that toxic relationship/poisoning chaotic negative energy, I feel so much more at peace and loving my body. Being with someone who doesn’t even love their self & tears you down at every chance they get/ treats you like trash, really does something to your self esteem. Getting back in a routine of cooking/eating healthy consistently, sleeping through the night, laughing, loving, adventuring, planning, bonding, nurturing, praying, and giving thanks, has me feeling so optimistic and all around good inside. I’m excited to get back into the gym and get this physical strength back and some gains🥰🥰🥰
