For those of you who DON'T know .. I have been dealing with a whole world of insanity at the fists and tongues of the unit upstairs.
I've been told to go back to the tree's (I'm mixed native, both my parents are half, and I was raised by my landed Irish immigrant grandmother and single fatherless half native dad who was a volunteer firefighter, local hero, Dane rescuer and a fucking metrosexual ICON. #zeroDADDYissues I grew up in the north Kawartha's off Rez in Canada???) They tell me I'm not 'real white', and that they are 'real irish'... My partner, my mum and friends have all been called gay slurs. I've been called retrded when they know I am autistic and that I grew up hearing it, and hating it. I've been told I'll be "taken care of" and that they "have people" ready to "get rid of" me - ON A VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING. They killed my pet quail. They scared the shit out of my kid.
The lady upstairs punched me in the head twice and I took her to the ground.
I didn't let her hurt herself and the police officer who attended the SECOND assault that followed this one, when reviewing my wounds from the first, relied on his wrestling experience and recognized vocally that they were defensive in the sense of guarding a person within my arms. It looked like I was being ground into the gravel driveway (I had, and yes, it hurts and it got infected and is better now because my dad was also a First Responder and he taught my ass first aid.
The neighbour sustained ZERO injuries but for a sore side when she went down and chin from struggling, no neck compression signs.
Because I'm not fucking stupid.
She hit me, that should have had her locked up for a night to cool off.
Instead covid means NO lockups.
The COPS could see that I knew how to handle myself, and that I protected that psycho from hurting me or her when I put her in a headlock.
I grabbed her ponytail, turned her to face my armpit and locked my arm, facing my body to the earth so her airflow was never obstructed and COULDN'T BE. I would have had to BREAK my arm to give the required angle to hurt her.
Her free ability to talk and yell at us all, including the cop was evidence enough...
It took 90 or so seconds for the police to arrive each time. They know my street well. They now know my home well, and will always be welcome for "come on in" welfair checks. We have NOTHING TO HIDE. This is a constant. We just had a kid dive with 5g of fentanyl, coke and a gun across my driveway as a k9 unit took him down.
The neighbours have been recording my private conversations in a single party consent province which means she needs to be a party to the call or conversation before she can legally start recording.
Yet my keeping postings of her bs up on FB had police at my door trying to tell me I should remove the posts.
I won't.
The local police ignored me when she punched me twice in the face after racially harassing me on MY front porch.
My porch, on my property, where she doesn't live according to her ex roommates who reached out to warn me about her, and gave me the names and addresses of a few of her relatives who have a track record of going off on her enemies... Who recently started showing up waltzing around like such proud little shirtless boys.
Every time I see them, instead of getting angry, I point out their bare chest, take off the shirts I adorn by their demand (oh did I forget that one? Yeah I pray topless because I pray to Kisimanitou (the creator) and Nanabojoo (if Jesus were a Simpson basically...) was well known to be shirtless - even when in the form of a woman, which wasn't uncommon.) So anyway, when I catch them topless, I join them in it and tell them:
"Aanii! See, it's just natural to go topless! Let me join you, Niichi, my friend!"
Oh, and my attacker isn't on the lease here, anywhere on this property.
Especially after dumping load after load of black water through my kitchen and hallway ceilings every couple weeks.
Yeah, watching that N7 being served, with her phoney "HAH hahaha HAAAAH"s echoing all up and down the road was something like watching a mad dog in a trap... They sure yell loud but damn are they feeling cornered and weak.
Oh and her court date is the 8th.
I'm ONLY pushing for anger management, drug addiction counseling, and a restraining order to keep her at least 1000 meters from my person.
I had a rep as a te3n, that's why I took a vow of pacifism when I found myself pregnant. I hold myself accountable.
