Okaaaay these stretches feel AHH-MAZING!! You’re going to want to ✨SAVE✨ this tutorial for next time you want to give your body some extra love! ?
.
.
✨This video includes✨
.
?SIDE BODY STRETCH: Gahh! Love this one first thing in the morning or after sitting at my laptop all day! Do this a few times on each side
.
?QUAD STRETCH: This is a super tight part of the body for a lot of us! Do your best! And if you can’t reach, don’t get discouraged!! Use a yoga strap (or towel) to help you reach
.
?TOE STRETCH: Might seem like no big deal ??♀️ but I promise it feels sooo good!
.
?CLASP HANDS + FOLD: This is a great combo move to stretch the chest, shoulders and hammies! Dont force it if it feels too intense in the shoulders!
.
?THREAD THE NEEDLE: Practice this on each side. Focus on rotating the rib cage for a deep twist
.
?PIGEON: Such a juicy stretch for the hips ? Keep the front foot tucked in to make it more accessible or start to bring the shin parallel to the mat to go deeper. (Again, don’t force this!! ??Find a version that works for you!) If pigeon is too intense you can use a block to lift the hips or try reclined pigeon on your back
.
?Can’t wait for you to practice with these poses!! I know you’re going to looooove them! ?
