Dairy 1/1/23. Post Panic Attack.
Panic attacks suck so bad! They use to happen cause of actual trauma, now they happen out of nowhere and I may really need help. I haven't felt this triggered since my ex husband and my life is in no way as intense. It’s actually really nice right now! But unfortunately my mood, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts have come back. It feels better to write it out this vulnerably. I honestly may not make it through another attack. Each one gets worse. I feel completely hopeless and like shit. I wasn't even upset this time, it's just everything feels so complied to me. All of it, present growth and everything before it. Like I'm at this pivotal moment but I don't think the moment will accept me or my traumatic past. If you relate at all reach out. If not just ignore this dairy post.
